Reiki is the Japanese form of energy healing, it is a combination of hands off & hands on healing that is working on the energy that flows through your system, by using the energy that flows throughout the universe. It will assist in healing both physical & emotional illnesses & issues & will leaving you feeling both energised & relaxed. For a deeper & enhanced session, book a reiki & reading session. I am also highly intuitive & will receive messages and guidance from higher sources.
EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as tapping) Working on the acupressure meridians to release blockages, it is a very effective way to clear out feelings, negative emotions & limiting beliefs. It can also be performed in conjunction with other healing modalities such as Reiki, meditation or Hypnotherapy.

Using Oracle Cards, Energetic Reading, Intuitive Guidance & Psychometry, you will receive messages, guidance & support.
